For a bit of nostalgia, we suggest the roasted barramundi served atop a delicate stew of onions, citrus and carrot puree, which was inspired by a dish Ford’s grandmother made him growing up. Starters like the gooey jalapeño fritters and the cacio e pepe cheesy puffs will leave you asking yourself, why have I never tasted this before? But now you have and you’ll never be able to get them out of your head. There’s a thoughtful subtleness to Ford’s cooking, which we find at once unconventional and familiar.
